By downloading or using AI Tour Guide ("the app"), published by Flit Soft, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

The app shows you places near you on a map and as a ranked leaderboard, using ratings and review counts from the Google Places API, and lets an AI guide narrate a place's story out loud when you ask for one.

The app requires no account and no sign-in. Anyone who downloads the app can use every feature immediately.

Ratings, review counts, photos and opening details come from the Google Places API and reflect what Google's data holds at the time of your request. We do not verify or guarantee that this information is current or correct, and a place may have closed, moved or changed since it was last reviewed.

Stories narrated by the AI guide are generated text and may be inaccurate, out of date or wrong. Treat them as colour, not as a source of fact — verify anything important, such as opening hours or safety information, independently.

Do not attempt to break, overload, reverse-engineer or gain unauthorised access to the app or the services it calls. Do not use automated means to scrape place data or narration output at scale.

The app is provided free of charge and is offered as it is. We do not promise it will always be available, that the AI guide will always answer, or that it will be free of errors. We may change, suspend or discontinue features.

The app depends on third-party services — the Google Places API and an AI model provider. An outage at either can stop parts of the app from working.

To the fullest extent the law allows, Flit Soft is not liable for indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the app, including decisions you made on the basis of place information or an AI narration that turned out to be wrong.

We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed, and continuing to use the app after a change means you accept the updated terms.
